The traditional Elisen we get from the bakery Bock from Laufamholz in Nuremberg, whose family has been guarding their secret Elisen recipe for over 110 years. Our vegan Elisen are baked for us by the excellent organic bakery Postler from Bamberg, with whom we have developed the perfect recipe for juicy vegan Elisen.
